ROOF inspections
RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL ROOF DOCUMENTATION
Drone roof inspections are 90% faster than setting up a ladder and walking the roof.
We fly the slopes, flashing, valleys, chimneys and gutters. We deliver a date-stamped folder that can be forwarded to the owner and the carrier. Residential and commercial inspections.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit is required to book the shoot. The remaining 50% is due when the work is complete and before files are delivered.
We accept checks, credit cards and bank transfer (ACH).

Credit Cards: 3% processing fee added to the invoice

ACH/Checks: No processing fee
CONDITIONS
-
Scheduling: Date is not held until the deposit clears.
-
Weather: If we can't safely fly, the deposit moves to the next available date. No extra charge for a weather makeup.

Cancellation: 48 hours or more; deposit refunded minus the processing fee already taken. Within 48 hours, a no-show, or no access to the property, we retain the deposit.

Location Access: Someone has to be able to let us on site or make sure it's ok for us to fly from the street/yard. Locked gates and surprise "you can't take off here" count as a cancellation.

Revisions: One round of reasonable revisions is included, i.e. titles, a trim or a still you want swapped.

License: Files are for that listing, that site or that business. Not for resale and not for a different property.

Construction Programs: Billed per the schedule (Weekly / Bi-Weekly / Monthly). The period is booked when that invoice is paid.

Quotes: Properties over 4,000 sq ft, acreage, campuses, and commercial roofs are quoted before a deposit is taken.

Insurance: We carry $1M liability coverage on every flight. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and we can name the client or property owner as additional insured when the job requires it.
If a site needs extra authorization, travel or additional accommodations in order to shoot, we will let you know before a deposit is taken.
